Step 2. Maturity check

The degree of maturity is determined on the basis of 26 criteria in a 360 degree view.
Fields of action are identified and prioritized by comparing them with the
benchmark and company-specific requirements. 
Financial means needed and time required are estimated

Step 3. implementation

Based on the results of the maturity check, projects are jointly identified, set
up, and looked after until successful implementation. Always keeping an eye on
processes, organization and team cooperation.
